Job Description
Cleaning Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the properties, as well as minor maintenance work. Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) coordinating supply delivery to central office then distribution to various facilities. Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all grounds keeping supplies used as part of the grounds keeper role and ensures they are safe and in good working conditions. Stock and maintain supply rooms, replace light bulbs Performs weekly walk-thru of the grounds and identifies, reports as well as addresses areas with immediate grounds keeping needs. Ensure property appearance meets or exceeds DSM standards at all times Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping, and wiping down doors & handrails Assist in preparation of make-ready units Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Coordinating walk- throughs with service vendors ( Pest Services, Alarm Services & Sprinkler Services) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Experience: Commercial cleaning: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
Job Description
Davis Strategic Management is seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance tasks at Company-managed facilities and properties. The ideal candidate will be a skilled handyman who has experience with managing a crew/job and has exceptional organizational skills. Additional certifications in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair are always a bonus! Work will be in primarily commercial properties. Job Responsibilities & Duties: Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed Works with Property Manager to plan work priorities, obtain necessary supplies, and assess skills needed to complete tasks Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the assigned facilities and properties Completes assigned work orders follow up on incomplete tasks and reports on all assignments to Property Manager and other company team members Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the company management Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the properties Performs basic grounds keeping services at facilities and properties Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required DSM offers Simple IRA match, health insurance, and paid vacation / sick leave.
