Bret Davis is a Salisbury University graduate with a degree in International Business Administration. While there, he gained valuable experience interning for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. He began working with Keller Williams in the fall of 2012, specializing in commercial and residential rental portfolios.
He started rehabbing houses while still in school and currently acts as a partner in Davis Strategic Development, a Real Estate Investment & Holding Company. Mr. Davis works hand in hand with several of the largest developers and Landlords in Salisbury. He was recently hired by Wor-Wic Community College as an instructor for the Real Estate Pre-licensing class, as well as courses on Real Estate Investing. Bret has sold, leased, and built real estate in almost every sector. His knowledge of the industry and active participation combine for an unparalleled set of skills as Real Estate Consultant.
Kirk Davis graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, and has a background in construction management. After college he formed Davis Productions, an entertainment company that hosted outdoor events, and an annual haunted house that drew thousands of people from throughout the tri state area.
Through Davis Productions he began to specialize in electrical installations, and went on to work at various electrical companies. At Vivint Solar he worked as a project manager, building new power generation systems capable of producing thousands of kilowatts of electricity. He currently serves as the Chief Operations Officer for Davis Simpson Homes. He works with the growing staff of employees and contractors on ever evolving projects.
Shawn Hardesty is a Salisbury University graduate with a degree in Finance. Before attending Salisbury University, Shawn briefly studied at Anne Arundel Community College, where he graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
At Davis Strategic, Shawn serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all finance and treasury functions, as well as overseeing accounting functions. His duties include reviewing and producing timely financial statements, investor relations, assisting with formulating and executing the company’s financial strategy, analyzing potential future investments, and performing FP&A functions.
Chelsea Hogue is a Salisbury University graduate with a degree in Political Science. At Davis Strategic Management LLC , Chelsea is responsible for assisting the project managers in the overall coordination and development of projects in order to complete them on schedule and within budget.
Project responsibilities with Davis Strategic Management LLC include assisting with the overall development of projects, including creating & managing the firm’s construction administration policies. She is involved with the Design Development process, and the coordination of subcontractors during the construction phase.
Charles Campbell I’m a local, been here all my life, born and raised kind of local. I pride myself on knowing everything there is to know about the current economy and real estate market. My philosophy is simple, “Do what you say you’re going to do” and “Treat people the way you’d expect to be treated” it’s that simple. Information is at everyone’s fingertips these days, but what’s missing is the human element which brings with it experience and expertise.
I love to help people get from where they are to where they want to be, sometimes that happens fast and other times it takes years of hard work. I don’t “sell” property I solve problems, create unique solutions, consult with businesses and property owners and help those businesses and owners grow but above all else I build relationships that start when someone out there decides they need a change.
Darrell Walker is a highly motivated Real Estate Consultant with The Davis Strategic Team of Keller Williams Realty of Delmarva. Born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, Darrell has an extensive professional background with industry experience in health and fitness, home improvement, retail banking, and commercial real estate. His main focus is always to help serve people of the community and make the world a better place.
This mentality has bestowed Darrell with prestigious awards including the Character of the Year award from Louise Archer Elementary and The Wells Fargo Golden Spokes Champion Employee of the Year Award in 2019. He also led the start up of a charity golf tournament, NoVa Classic, which began in 2009 and is still held once a year in Northern Virginia. Darrell is excited to bring his wealth of knowledge to the Davis Strategic Team and looks forward to bringing positive change to local communities.
Andrew Helton: Born and raised in Salisbury, MD; passions of Andrew’s include family, surfing, physical fitness and technology sales. Andrew has a unique perspective of IP communications, sales, and marketing that helps him guide a business’s strategy. His goal is to assist companies in utilizing communications infrastructure to their fullest advantage and seeing them succeed!
More than 10 years of experience in wholesale VoIP and IP communications have sharpened Andrew’s skills including Strategic Development, Customer Retention, Channel Sales, Business Consulting, LNP Management, Vendor Management, Network Design and just about every Class 4/5 Switch under the sun. As a member of the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Andrew has a lasting interest in progressing not only technology on the Eastern Shore, but the overall economic growth of our little slice of heaven.
Morgan Guy is from Hollywood, MD. She studied at the College of Southern Maryland where she graduated with her A.S. degree in Business Administration. Since then, she has continued her studies at Salisbury University where she plans to graduate this May with her B.S. degree in Management.
Over the past summer Morgan spent time learning real estate as it has been a long-term interest of hers. She is a member of our team as a Residential Real Estate Consultant and enjoys focusing mainly in our leasing department. She loves to help others start their new journey in a place they can call home!
